Class 1: The Basic Fly Cast, False Cast and Roll Cast
If you are new to fly fishing and want to get started off on the right foot, it is important to build a strong skill set when it comes to fly casting. Not only will taking a few fly casting lessons cut down on your learning curve, but it will save you a lot of frustration and will add to the joy of fly fishing! We recommend starting with class number 1.
Class 2: Curve Casts and Aerial Mends
Trout anglers that have the basics down will want to take their drag free drift to the next level with fly casting lessons that focus on curves and aerial mends in class number 2.
Class 3: Shooting Line and the Double Haul
Anglers with some experience under their wading belt may want to expand their technique to gain more distance or to sharpen up for that once in a lifetime trip to the windy salt flats or to that west coast steelhead stream. We recommend class number 3 and 4.
Class 4: Wind Casts and the Salt Water Quick Cast
This fly casting lesson is designed for anglers who already have some experience under their wading belt but want to to gain more distance or to sharpen their skills for that once in a lifetime trip to the windy salt flats or to that west coast steelhead stream. We recommend class number 3 and 4.
Class 5: Single Hand or Two Handed Spey Casts
Spey casting is beautiful to look at and seems difficult to those that haven’t had the experience of casting a two handed rod. We can make you look like a real pro in no time. Class number 5 is for you.
Double Spey, Single Spey, Snake Roll and Snap T Spey Rods are available for use during class.
