A North Georgia Fly Fishing Outfitters
The high country areas of the Southern Appalachian Mountains are one of the most bio diverse regions in the world, and an ideal environment for fly fishing, camping and hiking. It’s a wet world here with tiny icy trickles starting high up in the sometimes cloud shrouded peaks that grow steadily into streams then rivers. Onward they flow into huge impoundments with names like Nottely, Blue Ridge and Chatuge where they are finally stilled.
Perhaps the center hub of life in these green hills is the tiny hamlet of Blairsville, Georgia.
Lying in a high valley right at the north central part of the state, the town is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta yet close enough to everything that the nature lover enjoys. In a few minutes from the town square you can be standing in a world class trout stream, rafting down an angry whitewater river, hiking along the ancient spine of the oldest mountain range in the world, or hanging by a thread on an slippery rock face.
Contained within the walls of the shop are the some of the highest quality fly fishing products that can be found anywhere. Products made in the USA get top priority. Fly fishing gear, useful accessories, locally made products line the walls and fill the shelves.
